ShrimpCheck PCR Kit Training during Visit by India Distributor.
In the month of July 2019, Speedy Assay’s India distributor visited Revongen Corporation Center in Subang Jaya for on-site ShrimpCheck Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) kit training and discussion for the sales of our products in India.
This training session started off with a short briefing on the ShrimpCheck PCR kits as well as the benefits and the different types of shrimp diseases that can be detected by the PCR kits. The aim of this training session was to help provide our distributors a more in-depth understanding of the PCR kits and for us to clear any doubts they might have with the product. This is because we are always concern with our customers’ feedback as we want to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Providing this training to our distributors from India benefits both parties as it would lay out a solid foundation for marketing our product in India and raise awareness on the advantages our ShrimpCheck PCR kits has to offer in detecting diseases in shrimps, which could play a part in preventing the spread of these infectious diseases in shrimp farms.
In the end, this training allowed our distributors to gain some hands-on experience with our ShrimpCheck PCR kits. We hope that this training reinforces the relationship with our India distributor and strengthen our product market in India.
